Why We Built This Site
West Virginia permits public access to many court dockets and files, yet locating the custodian can be difficult. The Greenbrier County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit and Family Court records. Magistrate clerks maintain their own lower-court documents, and municipal clerks handle local cases. WVPASS covers public Circuit records, while MCRSearch supplies Magistrate case information without the underlying documents. This site organizes those official routes, contact details, and request steps in one place.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a West Virginia court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
