Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route common Greenbrier County court requests as follows:
- Circuit or Family docket: check WVPASS, then ask the Greenbrier County Circuit Clerk for the official record
- Magistrate case: use MCRSearch for case information and request documents from the relevant Magistrate clerk
- Court date: confirm the newest setting with the clerk because a later order may change it
- Certified copy: order it from the office that maintains the original case file
- Municipal matter: contact the city or town court named on the citation or notice
